Document 2: SMS Terms & Conditions

Please read these SMS Terms & Conditions carefully. By opting into our text messaging program, you agree to receive mobile messages from SyncraSea, a service of Mind Body HHG, LLC.
SyncraSea sends mobile text messages to provide coaching session reminders, scheduling changes, account alerts, program materials, and occasional marketing promotions or updates related to our wellness and coaching services.
2. User Opt-In
Users opt into our program by providing their mobile number through web forms, during coaching onboarding, or by texting a specific keyword to our text line. By opting in, you explicitly authorize Mind Body HHG, LLC to send text messages to your mobile phone number. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us, but you can expect to receive approximately 2 to 4 messages per month.
4. Cost, Fees, and Carriers
SyncraSea does not charge a fee for our text messaging program. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier depending on your mobile plan. We send messages through major wireless carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon), but carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How to Opt-Out
You can unsubscribe from our text messages at any time. Simply reply STOP to any mobile message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out status.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this SMS program shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and resolved through individual arbitration, waiving any class-action rights.
